General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 999tk platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "you"). In these Terms, "Platform" means the 999tk website, mobile interface, and all related services.

By using the 999tk platform, registering, or participating in any game or betting service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• 999tk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
• Continuing to use the platform after any changes indicates that you have accepted the revised Terms.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account and use services on 999tk, you must meet the eligibility requirements below. These requirements apply from the time the account is opened throughout the entire active period.

Age and Identity Verification

• You must be 21 years of age or older to participate on the platform. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account cancellation.
• Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all of them will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• You may be required to submit a national identity card or other government-issued identity document upon request.

User Representations

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are operating the account for your own benefit and are not receiving gaming services on behalf of any other person. Creating or operating an account as a proxy or representative for another person is strictly prohibited on this platform.

Account Security and Responsibility

Ensuring the security of your 999tk account is entirely your responsibility. Following the guidelines below will keep your account secure.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies must be followed for all financial transactions on the 999tk platform. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Approved Payment Methods

999tk currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — all transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300.
• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly. If there is a delay, please contact our support team.
• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Use for any other purpose is prohibited.
• For bank transfers, it is mandatory to correctly state the deposit reference number.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if account verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests may be rejected if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not been met.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, 999tk reserves the right to hold withdrawals until an investigation is completed.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

999tk offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting these offers.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that to withdraw bonus winnings, you must place bets totalling 10 times the combined amount of the original deposit and the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• While a bonus is active, separate rules may apply to games with a low wagering contribution (such as certain table games).
• Bonuses are for betting use only and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus will be forfeited.

VIP Program

Regularly active players may be included in the VIP program. There are three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.4%, Silver offers a maximum of 0.8%, and Gold offers a maximum weekly cashback of 1.2%. Tier advancement depends on your regular activity and contributions — this process is automatic and determined based on evaluation by 999tk for each tier.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and all VIP benefits will be cancelled if the account is closed.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on 999tk are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The following rules apply equally to all users.

Rules for Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
• A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the account.
• Bets that are incorrect or incomplete due to a technical problem with the system will be considered void.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

Live Casino and Slot Games

• Live casino game results are determined by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.).
• Slot game results are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of any game does not depend on previous results.
• If a problem occurs with the game software, the relevant round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

Cricket and Sports Betting

• Betting is available on IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, and other international cricket events.
• Bet acceptance may close before a match starts or after a specified time.
• Payouts will only be processed after the official announcement of results.
• If an event is declared incomplete due to match fixing or any other unethical activity, the bet will be cancelled.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999tk platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Operating games or betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems, servers, or network.
• Demeaning, threatening, or harassing other users.
• Making deposits using fraudulent payment methods.
• Attempting to manipulate game results.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for minors.

Responsible Gaming Policy

Account Suspension and Closure

999tk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances.

Closure by 999tk

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If account verification is not completed and required documents are not submitted on request.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months or more).
• If required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

Closed by the user

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. All active bets must be settled before the account is closed, and any bonus will be forfeited if the wagering requirement has not been met. If there is a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 999tk will not be liable in the following cases:

• Disruption to gaming or betting services due to technical errors, server outages, or internet connection issues.
• Losses caused by the failure of third-party software or payment services.
• Losses caused by the user's own device, network, or account security vulnerabilities.
• Financial loss, psychological harm, or side effects arising from the user's gaming.
• Suspension of services due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, government directives, or conditions of war.

The 999tk platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service or freedom from errors.
